MINUTES OF TOWN OF COON BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
NOVEMBER 8, 2005
The regular monthly Town of Coon Board of Supervisors meeting was held at the Coon Town Hall on November 8, 2005
Present : Orlan Bakkum, chairman; Craig Storm and Leon Minor, supervisors; Jan L Ihle, treasurer and Dale Haugrud patrolman. Also present were Jerry Kins and Mark Garlick from Chimney Rock Appraisels.
Charman, Orlan Bakkum opened the meeting.
Moved by Craig, seconded by Leon to approve the minutes as typewritten by the clerk, Lorrraine Bakkestuen. All aye. Motion carried.

Moved by Craig, seconded by Leon to accept the treasurer`s report. All aye. Motion carried.
Orlan requested sand and salt report. Dale reported 1800 yards of sand and salt.for roads.
Leon reported that no new information had been received on SMART GROWTH.
Orlan said that the revaluation of the township was excellent. Next year`s assessment would be investigated as far as contract signed but the township wished to have Chimney Rock Appraisels do the assessment.
The budget hearing is scheduled for November 14, 2005 at 7:30 p.m. at the Coon Town Hall.
Leon Minor had been to the Towns Association meeting. Discussed the election expenses -possibitlty of grants from state
The board decided not to include the possibility of $6,000 in grants for election expenses in the 2006 budget. $5,000 had already been included as expenditure for machine for handicap voting.
Moved by Craig, seconded by Leon to adjourn the meeting. All aye. Motion carried.
