REZONING
JUNE 10, 2008
A public hearing on the rezoning of property of James and Debbie Jarvis from Agriculture to Residential was held at the Coon Town Hall on June 10, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. Approximately 5 acres of land was requested to be rezoned. No objectors were present at the hearing. The hearing was closed.
MINUTES OF TOWN OF COON BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING
The Town of Coon Board of Supervisors met at the Coon Town Hall following the Rezoning Public Hearing at 7:45 p.m. on June 10, 2008.
Present were: Orlan Bakkum, chairman; Craig Storm and Leon Minor, supervisors; Lorraine Bakkestuen, clerk; Jan L Ihle, treasurer; Dale Haugrud, patrolman and James & Debbie Jarvis.
Call to order by chairman, Orlan Bakkum.
Motion made by Leon, seconded by Craig to approve the minutes as printed. All aye. Motion carried.

Motion to accept treasurer`s report made by Craig, seconded by Leon. All aye. Motion carried.
Motion made by Leon, seconded by Craig to rezone approximately 5 acres of land owned by James and Debbie Jarvis from agriculture to residential. All aye. Motion carried.
Two parties need building permits for their building in progress. The clerk was to send letters of non-compliance of the zoning ordinance to them.
Motion to pay all claims made by Leon, seconded by Craig. All aye. Motion carried.
No fire calls received.
Nothing further on Smart Growth.
Leon was to attend a meeting with FEMA for assessment of storm damage.
Fire number was issued to James Jarvis: E5018 Klomsten Rdg Rd.
The next regular Town of Coon Board of Supervisors meeting will be held at the Coon Town Hall on July 8, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
Dodson Hollow bridge needs fixing. They will use cement to fix damage.
Motion to adjourn the meeting by Craig, seconded by Leon. All aye. Motion carried.
